Genesis 2 brings up a lot of questions:
- God rests after working hard–why? And why is both work and rest so important?
- Where is the Garden of Eden? There are four rivers, only two of which are known of today. Why are those details in there if the landscape changed after the flood?
- God creates Woman directly from a piece of the man. What does this teach us about gender and marriage?
- write down your questions as you read, too, but don’t just leave them there! Go searching. Ask the Holy Spirit. And let Him lead you to find out more!
